Daniel is a life time Cleveland area resident.
He grew up in Fairview Park and is a Graduate of St. Edward High School in Lakewood, Ohio where he was involved in student government and played football. He attended the University of Dayton for his undergraduate studies and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice with minors in Sociology and Communication.
Mr. Bartos attended Cleveland Marshall College of Law and Graduated from the University in May of 2006. Thereafter Mr. Bartos was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio in November 2006.
Daniel is a Member of the Cuyahoga County Guardian ad Litem Advisory Board and was awarded the 2012 Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Cuyahoga County Guardian ad Litem of the Year. He sits on the Communications Subcommittee of the GAL Board and is also a member of the Ohio Bar Association.
Daniel also serves on the City of Lakewood Nuisance Abatement Board. Daniel sits on a panel as a hearing officer and hears appeals of nuisance fines imposed by the City.
Daniel and Elizabeth Bartos married in 2004. Elizabeth attended Ohio University and has her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Ashland University.
